"I'm in this to win this, and a few hills on the campaign trail won't
stop me," says Hammons of the 2nd CD race. "I'm dismayed that the
Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado forum for one has a requirement
that participants be polling at least 20% in their races (which is
quite interesting, since no non-partisan organization has bothered to
conduct a poll of the 2nd CD race, and therefore my opponents are not
eligible to participate themselves), but I look forward to facing off
against my opponents at the other events, and to showing the voters of
the 2nd District that they, for one, have a real choice for change in
this election."
